This page describes how Platinum Cloud processes the personal data collected through this site, in compliance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13.709/2018).
1. Data controller
Platinum Cloud Consultoria em Tecnologia da Informação Ltda. (CNPJ 44.532.670/0001-24), headquartered at Rua Rio de Janeiro, 243, room 802, Centro, Belo Horizonte/MG, Brazil, ZIP code 30160-040, is the controller of the personal data collected through this site. For any matter related to privacy and data protection, the contact is contato@platinumcloud.com.br.
2. Data we collect
We collect only the data necessary to respond to contacts and operate the site. The contact form collects name, email, company (optional) and the content of the message. During navigation, technical data — such as IP address, device type, browser, language and pages visited — may be recorded through cookies and audience analytics tools.
3. Purpose of processing
Data is used to respond to requests, conduct the commercial relationship arising from the contact, measure site audience in aggregate form and improve the browsing experience. We do not process personal data for purposes incompatible with those stated in this policy.
4. Legal basis
Processing observes the General Data Protection Law (LGPD) and relies, as applicable, on the consent of the data subject, the execution of preliminary procedures related to a possible contract, and the legitimate interest of Platinum Cloud, always respecting the rights of the data subject.
5. Cookies
We use cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site and analytics cookies, which measure traffic in aggregate form. Analytics cookies are only activated after your consent, which may be granted or refused at any time through the notice shown in the site footer.
6. Data sharing
Platinum Cloud does not sell personal data. We may share data with service providers that enable the operation of the site, always limited to the contracted purpose and subject to confidentiality obligations — including Google (Google Analytics, for audience analysis) and Amazon Web Services (delivery of contact form emails and infrastructure hosting).
7. Storage and security
We adopt reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. Data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of this policy or applicable legal obligations.
8. Data subject rights
Under the LGPD, the data subject may request confirmation of the existence of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of their data, as well as withdraw consent. Requests may be sent to contato@platinumcloud.com.br.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be available on this page, with the corresponding last updated date.
10. Contact
Questions about this policy or about the processing of personal data may be sent to contato@platinumcloud.com.br.
